I can't believe April is already here. It is my favorite month. Perhaps that's because it is my birth month, but i think it's also because it's the start of a new season, warmer weather, blossoming flowers, spring cleaning, and most importantly the end of busy season for my accountant husband.

cirrus bedding

I have the cirrus bedding from Anthropologie and i love it. I have had it for four years, and it still hasn't gone out of style. I have always wished that they would make it in white, and they finally have it. BUT a few months ago, I saw that West Elm came out with an identical bedding set with a much lower price tag. I wonder how they compare in person.

stella does it again

Stella McCartney is back with a summer collection for Gap. Not sure whether this is good new or bad news. Good for me, bad for my pocket book.

While I am in the video sharing mood, I also saw this today on frolic! and had to share. I wish this were a real song/band so that I could download all of their hits. I did find a 2 minute version of the song that you can download here. Such a cute commercial.

party supplies

I LOVE Jonathan Adler. He uses so much color in his designs and it just makes me happy. Everytime I walk into his store, I get so excited to be there because its just so bright and cheery. Have you seen his new line of party supplies? He has cups, paper lanterns and plates and they are amazing. I can't wait for my next adult party so that I can use them. My hubby's birthday in May perhaps?

bennett's party :: invite & more

I knew I wanted to keep the invite very clean and simple like the party I had seen. This is what I came up with. I also made little vroom stickers for the party bags. The envelopes for the invite had the same sticker put instead of vroom, it had the person's name on it. To match, I made these little thank you stickers and put them on kraft paper notecards so that he could mail out thank you cards to all of his friends (but sadly I have not sent those out yet)!

I also made this sign, but forgot to put it up at the party. oops.

Julie over at sprinklesontop contacted me with an idea she had for her business cards as well as some matching thank you cards for her customers. We decided to use the same color scheme that we used for her logo and ended up making little stickers for her packaging as well. These are little 3x3 cards and they turned out so cute.

Whitney and Travis were getting married and wanted some labels for the candy bags and for the candy at their candy bar. They had a beautiful valentine/love themed reception on the 13th of February.

I love the gold tom's, but they just aren't really my style. Today, I discovered them in toddler and youth sizes. They may not be my style, but they could most definitely be my baby girl's style (whether she likes it or not).

i die

i came across this headband in my friend julie's etsy shop, sprinkles on top, and i immediately fell in love. then i noticed that it was named after me...very accurately named because i am head over heals in love. if my taste/style had to be summed up in a headband, this would definitely be it. can you even handle that huge red button? seriously, the cutest thing ever.

sydney is a wardrobe and style consultant and she wanted a custom magazine ad. here is the end result. she is currently working on her website and i cant wait to see it. make sure you check back in a few weeks to see what she has to offer.

viva terra has some great finds. these vases have been on my wishlist for quite sometime now. i love how big they are and the simplicity of them. i would really LOVE the whole set, but i would be happy with just one!

my sweet sister-in-law saw my post over at suneday and bought this pillow for me. so i was looking for some cute pillows to pair it with and found the perfect ones...again, at target. gotta love dwellstudio for target.

current fav shoe

I got these shoes a few weeks back and I have worn them every single day since. They are so incredibly comfortable and very reasonably priced. Report is really stepping up their game these days.

I also loved these striped shoes in every single color.

tristen started her own little eyelash extension business. these things are amazing. i have very short and straight eyelashes, but not any longer. i am in heaven that i never have to wear mascara, and im especially happy that i never have to remove it. so if you live in southern california, book an appointment with her pronto. she is amazing and very reasonably priced.

LOVE

While making my weekly stop over at the digital orange, I stumbled upon a video done by Ryan Southwell. I went to his site to check out more, and fell head over heals in LOVE with his videography. So in honor of Valentine's Day, and just because I am obsessed, here is an amazing little video about LOVE. How badly do you wish you had a video of you and your lover like this? I know I do. I keep trying to think of reasons why I can hire Ryan. I would love to have a video of my little family running around and playing together...hmmm, something to think about.
