custom labels & invitation :: elephant party
Christy asked me to help her design an invitation as well as some accents for her son's 1st birthday. She came to me with the idea and I just went from there. I did water bottle labels, cupcake toppers, napkin ring labels, party hat labels, food labels, animal cracker labels, and a poster. She did the rest, and I LOVED seeing all of the pictures from the party. Everything turned out so cute together. Didn't she do a great job? I especially love the tablescape...so cute!

loving this :: dotty wallpaper
Someday when we have our next child, my son and daughter will be sharing a room. I am always trying to find cute ideas for a gender neutral room that aren't too masculine for a little girl or too feminine for a little boy. When I saw this wallpaper, I fell in love. It's definitely going into my file for future use.

custom invitation :: fancy nancy
the fancy invitation we designed
the fancy decor and food
Chrissy wanted to throw her daughter a fancy nancy party without all of the trademark fancy nancy gear. She pulled it off remarkably. From fancy sandwiches to fancy ties for the boys and crowns for the girls. Check out more pictures of the party here.

vacation
Last week we went to my family's annual Beach Week. We spent the week together with my 5 siblings & their spouses, my 19 nieces & nephew, my parents, and Nammie (my grandma). So basically it was a house full of people...36 people to be exact. It was so much fun and I am missing my family like crazy. So if you have emailed and I haven't gotten back to you, I am catching up on everything today and tomorrow. Sorry for the delay!

LOVE 21 :: Maternity

Have you seen the Forever21 Maternity collection? It is so cheap and the leggings and skinny jeans look pretty fabulous. Also, I am in LOVE with this peach shirt.
*Does anybody recognize this model? I swear she is an actress that I have seen in a movie recently. Am I crazy?*
POST EDIT: My sister-in-law informed me that this is the girl from Alvin and The Chipmunks.
Obviously I would recognize her because my boy Bennett is OBSESSED with those movies. Good eye Shelly!

custom header, button & more :: style files
My good friend Caitlin over at Caitlin Wilson Design Style Files, came to me and asked me to help her re-vamp her blog. So we made a header, a few different buttons, and framed a picture of the blogger and her darling Livi to match.

If you haven't checked it out, go there now. You will not regret it, I promise.

I also made a matching frame for her to do her story boards on for her clients. Leave it to the interior designer in her to want everything coordinating. I love the colors she chose and the simplicity of it all. In addition to this I designed a matching file with her pricing for her to send to clients. Thanks again Cait for trusting me to help you!
